Diablo sat there for a little while, thinking. He wished he knew more about Flare, but that would be... rude. Right? Well- it really couldn't hurt to look up a file or something. She probably wouldn't care. He glanced at the man before rumaging through his backpack quietly and pulling out a computer. He knew if he turned it on he could possibly be tracked, but it absolutely had to be on longer than ten minutes to do that. Plus he had a special chip in it that was completely untrackable, so unless he messaged someone or called someone they couldn't track him. Diablo opened it and typed in a couple things quietly, reading up on Flare what he could. Pretty much everything he already knew. He then went to the NSA database, cracked the code easily...he was good with those sorts of things... and looked up a file on Flare. - (You can decide what's in it, or tell me details if needed)

Jessica was sitting at the kitchen table writing a note for james. She had to let him know that the case had been reopened. Then she left. She remembered that the Flare girl had a cousion or something that took care of her son during the OG case. She decided to start by tracking her down.

Diablo read the file, his eyes widening a little. -Oh, yay. I'm dealing with a trained assassin that could possibly want to kill me at any moment and has killed mountains of people. Perfect- He thought with a wince. Out of pure curiosity, Diablo opened a new webpage and went to the FBI Criminal datebase. He then searched up his code name.. since no one knew his real name. It surprised him how much they had on him. *Had a rough childhood, father abused him, went to war. Learned extreme fighting methods, joined the navy seals. Learned to fly airplanes along the way. Best jet fighter pilot in the force. Got severely wounded multiple times. Requested to go home when his mother got cancer. Request denied, got sent to Korea. Requested again, request denied. Got sent to Europe. Regusted for a third time, request denied. Reuqested multiple other times before getting fatally wounded in Europe. Got sent home with an honerable discharge to find mother was dead. Father commited suicide a month later. Sister died. No living relatives left* He then went off the books. Diablo's eyes saddened as he remembered the memories.. all the bad memories. Fighting. Blood. Death. War. Cannons. Guns. Jets. Loud noises that pierced his eardrums. Diablo's ears started ringing with the sounds of war as he closed the laptop, stuffing it away with a furious huff.

Flare stirred and glanced at Diablo "let me guess you know i'm a killer?'' she said sadly her eyes blank as she rememberd all the horrible things she's done "i don't want to kill you. I have a lot of red in my ledger and i want nothing more than to wipe it out."

Diablo got shook out of his thinking as Flare spoke, glancing at her. He didn't respond the first time, sensing there was more to come. Once she finished he took in a breath. "I know. I understand... I really do. It's fine, Flare, don't worry about it. You can't change the past; you can only change the future. Yu can, however, learn from mistakes in the past- and that's the part I struggle with." He said quietly, pushing himself to his feet and zipping up his backpack with a sigh.

Flare watched silently before trying to sit up again. She was pretty sure that if she kept struggling Diablo would probably restrain her but she didn't care. "You're a monster" her ex yelled. Flare flinched closing her eyes and trying to block the memories that were racing through her mind. Then she began to thrash violently. The only way to get her to calm down would be to tranq her.

-Ok I am literally going to kill that man- Diablo thought as he quickly opened the med kit again. He was sick of dealing with a half problem and leaving the other half. Diablo brought out a tranquilizer and stuck the needle in her arm, squirting it into her. "Sorry." He muttered an apologization before stalking over to the man. "So- let's talk. Do you know how many people I have killed? Thousands. I was in the army, and then the seals. I really don't have a problem killing flipping idiots who make my life harder at this point. Someone didn't let me come home from my war zone when my mother was sick, and guess what happened? That guy now has a fricking grave. You are going to join them if you don't shut the hell up!" Diablo snarled in a low, menacing voice, untying the guy from the post and slamming him against the wall. "Or I. Will. Make. You. Got that? First I'll cut your tendon so you can't run away. Then I will stab each place that will cause unbearable pain, but won't kill you. Maybe a coule bullets too, just for the fun in it. Or- maybe- first I'll pull off your fingernails and toenails, one by one, eh? That's a method of torture someone used on ME, so I hope your MAN ENOUGH to sustain the pain. After that... let's see... how about I gouge out your fricking eyeballs? That way you can never see the killing blow coming." He hissed, too low for Flare to hear... especially when she was out cold. Diablo clenched his hand tighter around her ex's neck, his fingernails digging in and causing blood to trickle down. "You are weak. You are a coward. I can show you what it is like to be tortured, shot at, and stabbed- like in real war. I can show you what's it is like to be viciously attacked by a trained war dog that won't stop biting until you are dead. You hear me?" He drew out every word with venemous anger.

Flare's ex hissed "she is a monster though, she's been trained to kill since she was 3. Or did you not get that part of her file?" The man looked wicked and it was obvious he would kill Flare if he ever got the chance.

Jessica went to Flare's cousion's place. It hadn't been hard to find. Not for her at least. He had a feeling that htis guy would know where flare was. And if not they would know who did know.
