Zara looked around, her ribs were showing she hadn't ate in days. She laid down and chuckled remebering her mother's words, "'Skin and Bones, Skin and Bones.'" Zara pawed at her face wamting to loose this memory.

Keisha headed home after she finished her food and got a drink, Her tail wagging as she trotted along (Yes keisha actually trots when on walks in RL). She spotted an abandoned apartment and stared at it for a few moments before she kept going, Once she was back at the house she crawled back under the fence and went through the doggy door. Sure enough her owner was up and dressed ready for work, "See you later" She smiled before leaving out the front door.

Asher ran along the sidewalks, her amber eyes focused on something in the distance, but she didnt know what. Her tri-colored coat was a blur, and she smiled brightly. She barked happily.

Zara stood up and trotted around the slums, the rotting smell made her wish she couldn't smell. She heard a bark in the distance. Zara rushed into an ally knokcing over a trash can from hitting it with her paw. She winced hearing a mans voice, Zara crawled in a trash can as the man walked around with a butcher's knife.

Asher slowed down, and flicked her ears. Her ribs were barely visible past her thick coat. She huffed. She was actually a tiny dog, just the fur made her look big. She walked, still focused on something in the distance.

Maddie whined, and whined for she was never one to accept the way things were really. But thumping steps caught her attention quickly. ' ' ' Nic..ky?.. is that you..? " She whimpered in dear help to be put out of this pain she held. But though it might of been him she refused to get up for it was to hard and it hurt. But no it was a person? with a strangle tool belt, but she began to pick up large truck noises from outside. ' ' ' Hello there little girl.. You are sure skinny aint you ' ' ' The brown mopped man said as he spotted the female on the hard ground.

Kody's audits perked at the sound of another dog near by with a bark that was seemed to be stronger them most but yet it was some still hard to hear. While the male was thinking about such a bark it just so happened another female came dashing into his ally way knocking a trash can over with a strong " bang! " ' ' ' Hey! ' ' ' He barked with his strong deep voice

Milo stood near the door sun seemed to kill his heavy coat with the rays of heat

Keisha went and sat at the front window next to the heater, It was cold for her since she had a short coat. She watched as her owner walked down the steps and to her car before hopping in and driving off, She whimpered and closed her eyes before drifting off to sleep.

As he bent down to grab her, she snapped whimpering and crying as Maddie swept up to her feet running to the steps and laying there she didnt wanna go or leave this house even if she would be to die there at least she would knew she would be with Nick though she could only take in his scent not knowing where he really was. ' ' ' Shh.. Come here love ' ' ' The man said following her

Nick ran up the stairs hearing the noise, He let out a loud bark as he saw Maddie and the person. He bared his teeth and growled, The hairs on his back stood up as he approached with his eyes locked on the man.

Mason run up the stairs after Nick, He was confused when he saw someone near Maddie.

Keisha happily slept next to the window, Her chest raising and falling after each breath with a small snore. Her black muzzle was buried under her snow white paws, Her small little black spotted ears perking up when she heard something outside.

Maddie whined to the brindled male as he finally returned! She had been missing him much dearly.. She stood to her heavy weighted paws it seemed so, so. Walking to him her light paws dipping and slipping but not before long she had made it to Nick. Her one love she had waited forever to return ' ' ' N-nick-y.. ' ' ' The female whimpered dropping to the floor. Love biting his paws. As the human watched in astonishment confused of why the dog he had first met just walked right up to the others clearly males.
