Luka stretched out on Gretchen's bed, careful not to wake her up. Sunlight was starting to stream through the windows, giving the room a soft glow. Gretchen stirred, putting her hand over her face. Luka wagged her tail, giving a soft woof and licking Gretchen's other hand. "Morning mum!"* "Hey Luka." Gretchen smiled, giving Luka a small pat on the head before getting out of bed and padding into the kitchen. Luka jumped down behind her and followed, sitting obediently at Gretchen's feet, furry tail sweeping the floor.

*(We all know the people can't understand the dogs, but we can at least imagine that's what the dog was trying to put across xD)

Amour turned the corner and ended up in an alleyway. Shd caught her breath, and continued running. Animal Control would not get her!

The men started panting, exhausted. Her eyes narrowed with satifaction. "We caught her!" They said, and Amour realized that she was cornered. She glanced around, and found a fence that surrounded a houses back yards. She eyed it, it seemed about four feet. She charged at the animal officers, sxaring them back, and wheeled, her claws scrabbling on the concrete. She ran straight towards the fence, and leaped over it, and landed in a pool on the other side. She landed in it, and paddled to the other side, and shook herself off. She heard the men running to the front door and pounding on it, telling the owners that there was a wild dog in their back yard. She smirked and shimmered under the fence, and ran off. Nice one, Amour

Lark walked on the streets right out side of an apartment complex.

She looked up at two birds flying over her head. She shook her head and looked over at another dog being walked by their human, an Austrailian Shepard Female.The dog looked at Lark as if to say, "Sorry, but this is my person." Lark just wanted to find a girl with a dog or without a dog that just wanted to take her in and giver her a good home. She sighed.
