Royal smirked, then panted slightly giving off the fake efct that he was tired, he perked his head up as she spoke, "I hope so, better head back." He turned back and smiled, then took off like lightning to the herd. Once he reached it, he walked over to Lamia, "has anything happend while i've been gone?"

a beautiful mare angry with her own herd it is not that big right now but it will probably be she has also entered the barn she looks around a bit and hopes someone will come. a little worry that there may be other stallions that sense heat so what will happen?

Isabella smiled softly "Yeah, i agree" She let him get a head start before swiftly catching up with him. When they arrived at the herd she scented the air for danger or distress, none. Luckily. She walked into the herd and spoke to some mares

___________ Lamia

Lamia returned from the forest after disappearing for her own intentions. She side glanced at the other horses in the herd eavsdropping, making sure no one was out of line. She turned to Royal when he approached her "No, nothing out of the ordinary, i caught two off the mares fighting over you so i... Put them in their place with a few bites, they stopped fighting" Lamia said bluntly

Royal Smirked at her response, "Thank you So much." He smiled and turned, the first thing he saw was a flash of dun in the woods behind him, but payed no heed, but as he started walking twords the herd, a loud roar rumbled through the hills, and before he could move, a giant mountain lion had thrown itself onto his back, he spun and tryed rolling but it refused to let go, ripping through his flesh.

Isabella raised her head in alarm as she heard scuffling from just beyond the herd, her eyes widen as a mountain lion pounced onto Royal "... Royol!" She shrieked worried for the Brindle stallion's life, without realizing, Isabella reared and was just starting to charge towards Royal and the lion when Lamia ran and stopped in her way glaring at Isabella...

_________ Lamia

Lamia had already known about the mountain lion, she had scented the oversized cat 2 minutes before it attacked - When it was lurking in the trees. But she didn't say anything because she thought that if she knew about the lion.. Than so did the lead mare and stallion... Clearly not. When Royal was jumped Lamia turned just in time to see Isabella charge, instinct kicked in and Lamia quickly blocked the lead mare, she glared a cold stare "No Isabella, you'll get yourself killed out there! Or Royal! Move the herd to somewhere safe, I'LL help Royal because I CAN fight unlike you!" Lamia demanded, not playing games. The pinto mare turned to Royal and the lion, a devilish grin appearing on her face, now was the perfect time to unleash the psycho within her, without a second thought Lamia jump into a gallop straight towards the danger. She reared and threw her head forward, her teeth clamping into the lion's scruff, Lamia forcefully dragged the poor creature off of Royal's back. Holding it like a mother cat holding her kitten, she glared at the lead stallion "Go Royal! I'll deal with this... Thing. I don't want you to see this" Lamia told him through clenched teeth not letting the look loose. Once she finished talking Lamia then violently shook her head still holding the big cat by the scruff (Okay this is crazy lol sorry... Imagine how a dog shakes a stuffed toy..... Yeaaahhhhh... 😅)

The lion screaming in sheer pain. Oh but this only enticed Lamia to shake her head harder

__________ Isabella

The mare took a step back when Lamia spoke so aggressively, she did NOT want to take the herd without Royal by her side plus she would've felt bad for leaving him, yet she did not dare to say otherwise to Lamia, that mare seems... Creepy to say the least. So with a sigh, Isabella reluctantly turned away and took a moment before speaking "Everyone! Let's move South!" Isabella yelled taking the herd

(XD Lamia means BUSNESS)

Royal bolted as soon as the lion was off his back, his back leg hurt to put pressure on, so he limped over to the herd. He smiled as isabella shouted a order to the herd, Then he turned to her, "Go lead the herd, i'll stay in the back incase any more lions show up, weaker animels are targeted first, if any more come, keep the herd moving." He turned and limped to the back of the herd, the screams of the lion echoed through the valley, causing royal to slightly shutter, Lamia was NOT messing around.

(Yep hehh... Lamia is something lol)

________ Isabella

(Aww Royal smiled because he was proud?)

Isabella let the herd get a few feet ahead of her before getting the urge to follow them, she looked at Royal when he came limping over "Royal, are you alright?!" She asked, concern sweeping over her face "I'm sorry I didn't help... Not that it's a excuse- But Lamia wouldn't let me" Isabella tried to explain. At Royal's next words Isabella kind of stuttered "But i've never lead the herd by myself..." She whimpered. After examining Royal's hurt leg she took a deep breath, held her head high like a proper lead mare and smiled "Okay, i'll lead the herd to safety. But if any more lions try to attack you, i'll fight them off" Isabella said, sounding a little more confident. The paint mare cast one more smile to Royal before trotting to the front of the herd, as she trotted the herd followed close behind, freightened of preditors "I know of a waterfall not too much further from here, it has a cave behind it that we can hide in until its safe to come out. The water from the waterfall should cover all our scent so the lions can't track us" Isabella reassured the other mares speeding up a little but staying slow enough for Royal to keep up.

_______ Lamia

Lamia kept violently shaking the poor lion, at this point the cat WANTED to become vegan. Lamia's ears flattened back when she heard a twig snap behind her, this was the only thing that stopped her from continuing to shake the first lion like a ragdoll... She turned around to find another lion, ready to pounce, growling and hissing at the mare, Lamia couldn't help herself, she laughed at the dangerous cat "Pfft aww what do you think Hissing and growling will do?" Lamia pouted her bottom lip while still holding the other lion with her teeth "So? Do you want me to ACT scared or something? I'm a great actress" Lamia mocked it looking quite bored. The Lion continued to growl and even tried snapping at her, Lamia shrugged her shoulders "Okay fine. I was genuinely TRYING to make good conversation with you... But since you want to fight me so bad... Come on then!" Lamia challenged it, she smirked then returned to shaking the original lion like a chew toy- Only, more rugged and crazy.. Until the Lion's neck snapped.. And the back of it's neck skin that Lamia was holding dettached causing the almost ded lion to fly to the side, landing with a thump. Lamia spat out the patch of skin and glared at the second lion "Want a turn?" She asked in a low voice. The second lion looked at the original one in fear, its back fur standing up. It backed away and let out a roar before retreating into the woods, Lamia rolled her eyes "Now where's the fun in that? I was really looking forward to another fight..." She said with such disappointment, her ear swivelled as she heard the gasping sounds from the dying Lion, she stood over it and pulled a face "Eh... I won't kill you, i want you to suffer- Hey! Maybe you'll even learn a lesson! Maybe a thing or 2 about not attacking defenceless herds!" She said sarcastically before leaving it to die slowly, she casually walked, following the scent of Royal's blood

(I laughed and smiled while reading isabella's part, then threw the dwain johnson face while reading lamia's XD)

Royal smiled proudly as isabella spoke, he knew she was putting everything into being confident, and he smiled at her, "You can do it, I believe you can." He turned and looked behind him, his ear's layed back, searching for even the slightest sound, "If the lion's are too much for you to handle, run and don't stop." As the herd started, Royal limped along behind, rain had begun to fall now, and the wind whipped his main and tail around. He greatly appreceated isabella keeping the herd slow enough for him to keep up. He turned in suprise to see lamia not far behind. Once they reached the fall's, he limped back a way's, and grinned at lamia, "Gone?" Then he turned to isabella, and pride covered his face again, "You were amazing! See? Leading the herd isin't that hard."

__________ Lamia

Lamia walked into the cave behind the waterfall after the herd went in and body shook the rain off her paint coat, she side glanced at the entrance to the cave making sure that second lion didn't come for round 2. She then turned to Royal when he asked with a simple word and nodded, for a split moment Lamia looked more distant then usual, her mind was somewhere else, re-living what she did to the lion. She returned to herself shortly after and smirked victoriously "Yes, there... Gone" She said in her usual tone.

_______ Isabella

She made sure everyone was there and ok, counting the mares twice as a precaution, she saw Lamia come into the cave and sighed, not really wanting to know what that mare had done, but also smiled because Lamia was back safe. She looked at Royal as he spoke, her face lighting up at the lead stallion's praise she looked down "You think so?" She asked softly looking back up at him, almost a sparkle in her eye, she smiled "Thank you Royal. And I made sure no-one including you was left behind" Isabella said growing a proud tone
