Unfortunately I'm not allowed to "rest" as my job forces me to be on my feet for 7-8 hours depending on the shift. I can get wrote up if a customer complains or if management see me not working. At most I can get a 5 minute "break" to use the bathroom and 'smoke breaks' recently got banned due to a worker having paraphernalia outside lol
