Trigger raised his head pinning his ears at the other stallion. He looked at willow then back at the horse. The other horse was right about one thing. Willow was small compared to him. "She's not short. She's perfect" he said ears still pinned.

Willow jumped when she heard hooves coming up behind her and Trigger "Oh jeez Scar you almost scared the life outta me!" She said trying to sound serious but ended up laughing "Trigger, this is Scarlet! Scarlet, this is my Foalhood friend Trigger!" She introduced happily, but then Scarlet commented on her size "I was kicked in my mother's belly so of course i'm deformed! I mean short... With a MILDLY Arabian built face... But i can promise i'm Thoroughbred like you!" Willow said defensively at first with her ears slightly pinned back in shame but she shook her head to cheer up and pushed her ears forward with a urged smile "You were only joking... Weren't you Scarlet?" She asked feeling embarrassed. Her left ear flicked when she heard Trigger speak, her head turned to face him, her face lit up brightly at his words Willow nuzzled up to his neck "Aww you think i'm perfect?! And thank you for defending me Trigger! You've always stood up for little ol' me when somebody was being mean. Er- Not that YOU'RE mean Scarlet!" She reassured the two heated stallions

Trigger still had his ears pinned. His heart sank and his ears went neutral when willow said he was just a foalhood friend. Trigger looked between willow and scar and said nothing else. "Of course. I always protect those I care about" he said trying to shake off the awkward situation.

Scar laughed a big smile on his face "I can tell your a thoroughbred willow!" He nodded at triggers words with a flick of his tail before he spoke again "nice to meet ya trigger!"

Trigger looked at scar and nodded. "I'll leave you two alone" he said and walked off.

Willow smiled at the stallions and their words, but when Trigger left she felt like the vibe was wrong so she followed "I'll see you later Scarlet" She said before trotting after the spotted stallion "Trigger wait up! Where are you going? Scarlet's a good friend and all. But I don't WANT to be alone with him, I want to be alone with you! Were you maybe... Jealous? I'm not sure why but that's what I think I'm picking up.. I was just telling Scar that we knew each other as foals! Which I still think is pretty cool" Willow tried to explain the best she could, she smiled, flicked her tail and looked up at him "Do you remember - it was almost a year ago now, when we went exploring through the forest? Do you remember what I told you? I said that I love you, and at first I didn't think you were going to say anything. But then you did, you said you liked me too! Is that... Still true?" She asked curiously, her left blue eye and her right brown eye fixed on Trigger with a cutely innocent smile "I still love you... I always have I think, since we were yearlings, but I never fully understood it, until almost a year ago, that's why I told you" Willow said happily, unfazed by the awkwardness between the two stallions

(This horse has Willow's Right Brown eye (Her left eye is Blue but luckily this picture only shows her right eye), It has Willow's interrupted stripe down her face! AND even has 3 socks! The only difference is her front left leg is palomino. Willow's 2 front legs and back left leg have socks. Trigger looked at willow. " I still do" he said and rested his head on her back. "Always have and always will" he said again

Willow felt a huge weight of relief when Trigger confirmed what he felt, her heart warmed up when his head rested on her back, she laid her head on his back in return "Thank goodness" She muttered softly. After a moment of embrace Willow took a tiny step back "So..." She started, Willow wanted this for a while now, but she'd waited. But now she was sure of what she wanted "I know this may be... Quick, but I was wondering if umm.." Willow started smiling nervously glancing around to see where everyone else was before looking at Trigger "I was wondering if MAYBE you and me... Could... Have a... Foal? It's okay if you don't want to, we have all the time in the world so there's no need to rush into ANYTHING" Willow chuckled slightly embarrassed as she gazed at the perfect stallion
