Liam frowned and watched as the guy brought the dog down, taking a hand through his hair. "So you leave here in a couple months is what he was saying?" he asked, seemingly intrigued.

Chloe looked at Liam "yeah, we got to go to base. Then we get intel on our mission" she explained "best part is I get to take rebel" Chloe gestured to the German shepherd next to her. Rebel then wandered around sniffing the ground. He then ran across the road to the feild of the neighbours. Rebel sat down and barked.

"Damn" Was all Liam managed to get out at the dog ran off, frowning as he heard the barking in the nearby distance. "whats he..barking at?" he asked, looking in the distance of the noise.

chloe started to walk in rebels direction. "dunno, he is a trained bom sniffer tho" she said. they had made it to the feild and chloe got out her knife and started to rummange around. she stopped ehrn she heard a clank of metal against metal. she carefully scraped the grass off revealing a land mine.

"Bomb sniffer? As in..live bombs?" Liam asked, the frown very clearly spreading across his face, breaking the previously confused expression. "what is that..?" he asked as the girl uncovered something.

Chloe smiled at Liam's confusion. "Yeah, and it's a land mine" she replied calmly. She patted rebel and stood up. "You know why they have a land mine in their paddock?" She asked
