Willow chuckled nervously at Snow's first reply "Well uhhmmmm..." She began to get nervous by Snow's body language "Just telling you in case you forgot my name!" She said offering a sweet smile to the mare, she widened her eyes at Snow's answer "Wow! Three years huh? Didn't know Trigger had this herd for THAT long wowwie! Buuut he'd make the perfect lead stallion!" Willow said looking at Trigger who was talking to the other stallions on the hill, she looked back at Snow "After all, we were raised by our old herd leader, West!" She said, the memory of West brought a smile to Willow's face, she shook herself out of the memory "And I'm proud of how much Trigger has grown! I mean growing up, colt's came to the herd and I always welcomed them. But Trigger always turned a cold shoulder to them... Like he was somewhat jealous? I never understood WHY, he has the most amazing coat i've ever seen! I guess I'll never know why they always got under his skin... But now he's friends with 2 stallions which is awesome!" Willow said excitedly

Snow listened carefully. She looked up to trigger "he is gorgeous but he won't accept a lead mare. He says he doesn't see the point. And he's had a herd for about four years I think. He was young. Ask melody about it she was the first one in the herd other than spartan and spark was the third. Than storm. Then it was Bella then ella. They're twins. Then I joined." Snow explained proudly

trigger was talking happily with spark and spartan. They kept watching and Lucifer was glad that willow was fitting in well. He knew how rude snow could be she'd been like that to every new mare after her. Three had left because of her too. Trigger just hoped that she'd be nice "you reckon snow plans on scaring anyone else off?" Trigger asked spartan and spark.

spartan looked at trigger than at snow and willow "they'll be right beauty is there with them and so is rose" spartan explained. Rose and beauty were half cousins or something and got into fights but kept snow under wraps

spark looked at spartan and trigger. "Spartans right. Most of the older mares will keep her nice and won't let her scare anyone else away" he said. He watched the herd again also

Willow relaxed a lot when Snow seemed to calm down and talk in a nicer tone, she listened to every word Snow said, ears perked forward the whole time. She nodded her head "Yeah, i never really thought about it but Trigger is quite..." Willow tried to find the right word "Handsome? Is that the word i'm looking for? Yeah that sounds right" Willow corrected herself before Snow spoke again "He won't? Well that's ok isn't it? He seems more than capable of leading a herd by himself" She tried to cheer Snow up a little "Plus if Trigger chose a lead mare, it may cause a scuffle with the other mares wouldn't it? I could only imagine how many mares are attracted to Trigger's coat and personality" The palomino mare tried to explain with a smile. At her next words Willow's mouth dropped "4 years?! Aww if only I knew! I would've joined sooner..." Willow pouted her bottom lip sadly at the thought of missing out

Trigger nodded to his friends. "Has anyone seen eclipse lately?" He asked noticing the mare was missing. Eclipse often wondered but always came back that day.

spartan noticed the question. "Haven't seen her. But you know her she's a lot like you. She'll be back" spartan reassured his friend.

spark listened to them both. "She had a chat to snow and went off in the direction of the lake. That was this morning so she'll be back later this afternoon" spark explained before grazing.

snow listened to the palamino mare contently. "He's amazing. But he often wandered leaving spartan in charge. And sometimes takes spartan leaving spark in charge and sometimes they need the three of them so sometimes that blue roan paint is left in charge. His names rusty." She explained "melody always helps rusty out because some of us don't listen to him. And melody has always been the favourite. Melody is the buckskin roan Appaloosa. Then there's me a plain white horse and there's beauty the bay with the perfect stripe and rose the copper bay with two perfect socks. Oh and there's the twins. They're both dapple bays. But you can tell them apart because Bella had the palamino mane and Ella had the black mane. There's another mare eclipse that might like to talk to you. She wanders off a lot. She's a black roan I think with a moon shaped star on her head" snow then ate some more grass.

Willow nodded along with the conversation "Well all in all, i think he's so brave. I could never have my own herd or be a leader in anything! I'm too afraid to fail or something, but like you said Trigger has had this herd for 4 years. Now if that doesn't deem him brave i don't know what will!" The light palomino mare said enthusiastically. Willow looked at the other mares Snow had mentioned and turned back to her with a smile "Eclipse might want to talk to me? Ok! Ima go find her, bye Snow!" She chirped leaving the white mare and searching around the herd for the black roan mare. She had no luck "She's not here..." Willow said to herself, her gaze moving to the fields "But I'm not giving up!" She puffed out her chest and readied herself, then with a small rear Willow took off out of the herd and into the fields, she galloped out accidentally in the perfect direction to the lake

Spartan watched. "What the hell would have snow told this one?" Spartan asked spark spoke up "probably told her eclipse wanted to talk to her or something" he spoke

trigger watched and half listened. "Willow is too gullible. She needs to not be so trusting" he explained to the others.

(lol! Even i fell for it XD)

Willow somehow found her way to the lake, she searched high and low for this Eclipse but to no aveil. She stopped to get a drink and continued to search. After a while Willow shrugged "Maybe she's already back at the herd?" She said to herself as she started to head back, suddenly 2 stallion's came up either side of the confused mare and lead her into the woods, the deeper they went the more Willow worried about who they really were...

"Umm hi, i'm Willow... Where are we going? Are you two friends of Trigger?" Willow asked fairly. One of the stallions looked at her funny then laughed "Come on lil lady, don't act like you don't know who we are, or where we're taking you, isn't it obvious? We're taking you back to our band so you can fulfill your purpose!" He said, nipping her withers to speed the smaller mare up, one of them were black, and the other was black with brown mosaic patches.

Now Willow was worried, she still didn't fully understand what they were saying but they were starting to become aggressive. Once they got her to their base, the stallions put Willow in a cave and blocked it and went to find their leader, Willow stayed near the back hoping they'd forget about her

Eclipse looked as a new mare got added "got you too huh?" She said Sadly

trigger had a bad felling a snuck off to the lake he then went back and got Spartan and spark. "Outlanders. Rusty keep care of the herd we will be back" trigger said. "Spartan spark your with me" they took of at a canter to the cave. Trigger infront and spartan and spark behind like a triangle. "Give us back the mares" spartan said his ears pinned "they arnt you play toys" spark added. "Your choice either you do it the hard way or the easy way" trigger added in last they all had their ears pinned at this point.

Willow jumped a little at the sudden voice, she turned seeing a black roan mare, her ears falling back sadly at the mares sad tone she looked down almost defeated "Yeah... I wasn't expecting it." She said quietly ashamed that she didn't know the signs. She looked at the mare, her coat matched Snow's description "Wait, are you Eclipse?" She asked tilting her head "How long have you been here?" Willow looked around the cold cave in the hopes there might be a way out, but to no aveil. Willow's ears fell back again "Will we ever get out?" She asked lowering her head.

The stallion found the leader and told him about the new mares they captured. The stallion nodded and went to see them, he turned when 3 stallions showed up and smirked "Wow are you really threatening me? You colts are outnumbered here, 3 of you against 17 of us, how do you plan on winning them back?" He asked menacingly.

Willow turned to the entrance which had a guard so they couldn't leave, she heard Trigger's voice, Spartan and Spark's too! "Eclipse, i think the stallions are here!" Willow said rushing up behind the guard stallion to yell to the 3 "Trigger? Trigger! We're in here! Me and Eclipse!" She said desperately.

The guard stallion heard Willow talking right behind him, afraid the mares were going to run past him, the stallion kicked behind him to scare the two back in the cave. By accident one of his back legs hit Willow's front left knee, a sickening cracking sound made it's way out as Willow's left leg broke, bending the opposite way causing her to stumble back, accidentally stepping on it and falling over, Willow let out a loud traumatizing shreik of pain.

The guard stallion turned back and saw what he had done to the palomino mare and began to feel bad but didn't let it show

Trigger was pissed. "I don't know who the hell you think you are but targeting mares from my herd then harming them" he said angrily. Spartan looked at willow it didn't look good. Spark felt horrible for the mare.
