Satan looked at the golden mar"phantom?" He said puzzled "is he here?" Satan had met phantom once before. He understood where phantom had gotten his name. Phantom had saved Satan once but disappeared before he could repay him.

Mystery sadly looked at Ghost as Celeste had mentioned Cerburus, her gaze slowly moving to Celeste "She was... A great filly, i had adopted her into my herd... And into my heart, we found her near the frozen lake back in my original territory, and she asked if she could tag along, i said she was more than welcome to stay. The three of us grew closer, and as Ghost said, she was taken by a mountain lion... I was too busy crying by Ghost's side, i left a mare named Coyote to look after the herd while i went to look for Ghost... I'm not blaming her, it was MY fault for leaving the herd to begin... And Cerburus was like a daughter to me... I should of been watching her better..." Mystery managed to get out, her gaze flicking between them, when she finished she sighed deeply, getting up and looking over the herd.

Mystery's head shook in slight shock at the responce "I... Er..." Mystery gathered her thoughts still trying to push down her memories of Phantom so she didn't burst like a baloon, finally. "No... Phantom's not here anymore..." She said in a low, quiet voice, her eyes to the ground "He had... Passed away a few weeks ago.." Mystery tried to explain, but she couldn't relive that moment of horror, heartbreak, sadness, shatter. Mystery turned away, a small cough escaping as she desperately tried to pull herself together before turning back, her face more serious, yet still showing a hint of care as she scanned this almost double up of Phantom "You knew him?" She asked

Satan nodded" kind of , he saved my life once" he said quietly, satan felt he was bringing up bad memories, "I should probably go" he said, those where the first words Phantom ever spoke to mystery

ghost nodded after mystery spoke before he turned to look the herd the wind caght his long mane uncoving a scar that runs down his neck he shook his head his mane landing back in place

"Wow" She Looked at Mystery "I Am so sorry" She picked up an apple handing it to mystery.

Mystery's eyes widened a little in surprise at Satan's last few words... She reckognised them, Phantom had spoke those words after Mystery first brought him back to the herd when Echo kicked him straight back out... That time, Mystery fought for Phantom to stay as she trusted he was harmless. Since she kicked Echo out herself by a hard choice between someone's safety and someone's authority, since then Mystery had always let others into the herd for food, safety and shelter for the night. So how was this stallion any different? Mystery took a step forward "Wait... No, you don't have to leave. I'm sorry i'm like this, it's just hard.. I'm going through some stuff too, but i'm usually very open and straight up welcoming! So please, if you're hurt, or tired, you can stay here if you want" Mystery rebooted with a small smile

satan looked at the golden mare. "ive got work to do" he said starting to walk away

Mystery felt like she scared him off with how she was acting "No no, you don't have to go! I'm sorry for being weird. Me and Phantom were kind of close, he spoke to me more than he did with anyone else... Now that he's gone, I'm still trying to figure out how to move forward" Mystery explained "But you're welcome anytime" Mystery offered, then turned and went back to the herd

Ghost picked up his head as mystery came and treated up to her "you ok you were gone for a bit" he said his blue eyes showed worry
