Horizon looked at rover and the other stallion, her golden coat glowing in the sun, "how did he hurt your mare?"

"by saying what he did." rover's eyes narrowed and he was ready to lunge again.

"rover calm." the short mare commanded as she snuggled up against his should.

Horizon flicked her ear, "but he did not pyshicly hurt your mare?, so what makes it right to hurt Ezra the way you did?" Horizon looked at both the stallions with cold eyes

rover's eyes were narrowed still.

"if you have ever seen lady, she never shows weakness not even low confidence. The way she was acting was as he had killed her. which he did her beleive that this could work. The beliefe that she could be part of something bigger, fixing something. he destroyed that. she came up crying to me and i knew he did something worse then physicaly hurt her. he mentaly broke her down!" rover explained

"Ah calm down, what something bigger was she working on? And I do not see how he 'mentally killed her' " she said p, she flicked her tail slowly

"you havn't ever been in the herd we live in, even for a day then. not even a look." rover sighed.

if you compared yesterdays rose to todays rose, they were completly diffrent. yesterdays rose would have fought ezra until he stopped touching her boy but todays rose only couldn't stand to see her studs get hurt. yesterdays rose would have held her head up high looking confident, todays rose had her head down and she looked like a coward.

"You call your mare a coward? How rude, I don't see how Ezra shamed her" Horizon said tiredly

"i am not i am just stating on how much she has changed. i know you looked up at our herd once and saw a beautiful powerful looking mare. confident right?" rover asked

"Mhn," Horizon turned to Ezra, "what you did say was offensive, apologise" she said flatly, Ezra perked his ears at her, he could tell she was not in a playing mood, "sorry" he said reluctantly to the mare

"yesterday night, when you went running down the hill to tell that stinky but about how we work as a team, she was watching. everything that was said." rover sighed
