"I'll get it" Ambrose said pushing himself upright "you just stay on the couch and maybe keep yourself out of sight?" he suggested with a hand on the door knob, giving Phantom a few seconds before he opened the door, it was not their food "Dallas!" he yelped taking a couple steps back as another guy walked in "Ambrose" he greeted "Sorry to just show up like this, but I was in town and I thought I might say hi" Ambrose nodded and glanced back nervously "well it's very nice to see you again" he smiled eventually

He turns invisible right as Ambrose opens the door. It was a good thing too seeing that another man walked in. He studied him some from afar before slowly floating towards him. He made sure to not make any noise, not wanting to be noticed. Phantom did not remember the man from his past life but the name Dallas seemed familiar. Maybe he was just thinking about the city in Texas or something.

Dallas nodded "I missed you" he sighed and Ambrose nodded "yeah, not seeing you sucked, we used to hang out all the time" Dallas and Ambrose had been very close for a long time, during high school anyway, but with college thay lost touch over time having gone to different schools

He felt something in his chest seeing the two together. Could it be jealousy? But why would he be jealous of Dallas? Ambrose was his boyfriend now and it didn't mean that Dallas could take him away. Maybe that was the problem, Phantom was worried about Ambrose being taken away.

Dallas and Ambrose kept talking for a while, catching up and Ambrose was getting worried about Phantom, he kept glancing back through their conversation which went on for about five minutes before the door rang again, this time it was their food "why did you order two?" Dallas asked and Ambrose laughed nervously not knowing what to say

"Say you were extra hungry," Phantom whispers into Ambrose's ear. He didn't want Dallas thinking someone else was in the house. That someone else being himself. He floated closer beside Ambrose and stayed there. He wanted to give him any advice seeing that he was nervous.

Ambrose jumped a but but repeated what Phantom had said "Just really hungry, haven't eaten all day an if I have left overs I won't need to make food tomorrow" he shrugged "speaking of which, its kind of late...shouldn't you be going?" he asked trying to get the other to leave without being rude, Dallas sighed but agreed "yeah, but I'll swing by tomorrow again if thats okay?" Ambrose nodded and watched his friend go

He let out a quiet sigh seeing that the other bought it. He'll have to go invisible tomorrow as well then if Dallas returned. This wasn't a problem tho since he had to do this a lot when staying at other people's houses. Once Dallas left he waited a few minutes before becoming visible again. "So how long have you known that Dallas guy," he asked, trying not to sound jealous.
"I've known him for ages, since we were little kids we stuck together" he smiled completely unaware that he might make Phantom jealous "we were always in the same schools and stayed friends untill graduation, sadly thats when we parted because he got a scholarship to some fancy college, he was always so smart, great grades..." he sighed "and supportive too, whenever I felt like a disappointment he would make me feel better"
He frowns hearing the last part. "Why would you feel like a disappointment," he asks floating around in front of him, "there's no reason to be. You're the best person I've met being a ghost. Everyone else is all, "Ah it's a ghost" or "A demon! Get away!" They just don't get how nice I can be. But you understand me so well."
