Amber looks at sage confused when he speaks to her in serpent tongue but sees Nymeria nodding her head. She takes the meat from Sage's hand "thanks". Amber quickly glances up through the trees before doing a quick low pitched whistle to Nymeria who quickly runs to Amber. Amber uses Nymeria as a quick stepping stone to jump to the first branch and then climbs onto the 2nd and 3rd branch.

"Thanks Ny!"

Amber sits alert on the branch while eating her meat slowly, taking in the flavour.

"so what's your dragons name?" Amber said loudly so Sage could hear.

Mason was scrubbing off a piece of dirt from the tack, that he had put on the Tidalwing who was being moody that day. Daxi and Alpine, the teo stinger sisters, were being held by the great paws of Zeus. Zeus was being a pain in the ass today.

He grabbed his shoulder bump, but Zeus wasn't having it. Seeing an island, it was tiny but big enough to throw Mason off on for a day or so.

He changed directions and barrel rolled, loosening his grip, he let out a rather girlish, but short scream as his grip failed and began to fall the 20 feet onto hard soil. And then a loud thud followed.

With the wind knocked out of him and now found bruise on his ass and back, and head. He was lying on the ground, flat, mostly unconscious, and not breathing.

And then he gasped, partially unconscious still but breathing now, with a head injury. Reaching to his hip, he grabbed a poorly sutured knife wound, almost a week old, it was a from a dagger and he was surprised he was still alive at that point. Groaning as he rolled on his side.

Sarah chuckled as well. "Oh. I haven't seen my brother since I was thirteen. He left to explore the Arctic. All that's left now is to wait for it to cook." She moved the cooking pot onto a stove and turned it on.

Kaito jerked upward. There was a girly scream and a loud thud. His tongue flicked in and out a couple times, his eyes narrowed. He slid off his perch and stood guard in front of the door. Sarah looked towards the door, grabbed her bow and nocked and arrow. "What was that?" She walked slowly to the door and pushed it open with one foot. She just barely stopped herself from shooting the guy laying on the ground. What the heck- why is my island so popular today? Kaito followed her as she lowered her bow and kneeled next to the guy. "Who the heck are you?" She studied the guy's features. "Do you know how far you fell?"

Suddenly, Ryu and Ryoko appeared next to her.

Sarah glanced at the pale Tidalwing that was flying away. She waved away the first question. "If I was a dragon, I would've dumped you off too." She muttered. She noticed a British accent. Don't get them around here much. She sighed and peeled his hand off his wound, "Don't do that. You're probably increasing the risk of infection." She blinked, bewildered. "You know Rome?"

Ryu sniffed Mason's face suspiciously, his hot breath fanning out on him.

Elijah kneeled near a gigantic dragon footprint in the snow. The snow was slightly steamy and melting. He took off his right glove and brushed his pointer and middle fingers in it, bringing the bit of snow to his face and sniffing it. He brushed it off, looking at the rest of the footprints. They led Southwest, towards the Archipelago. That's not good. They should've been extinct. He stood up and ran a hand across Atayi's neck. Zai was standing underneath Atayi, crouching slightly so she could fit. "..C'mon Zai." Elijah murmered, reaching under Atayi and bringing her out. "We're going back to the Archipelago." He sat on Atayi's saddle, setting Zai down in front of him. It'll take days to get there. Maybe weeks. He took the reins and gave them a brisk shake, Atayi spread her wings and launched into the air.

Rome stared at him, taking herher sweet time to figure out who the hell he was. She stared at his face for a good 30 seconds, she watched Sarah pull his fingers off again, showing no sign that she knew him. Then her eyes lit up. "Mason?" She asked in surpise, holding a hand down for the boy to grab, helping him stand, rather weakly. She gave him a good one handed hug, squeezing his ribs tight. "Sarah, meet Mason, Mason, meet Sarah, this is brother who I haven't seen in 5 years." She said, grinning.

Sarah blinked. Once. Twice. Three times. "Aha. Right. Siblings. Now I hate to break up this happy reunion, but you sir, you need to be resting. Based on the thud you made I'd guess you fell at least 10 feet, maybe more. You probably have a concussion. Now go." She pointed to the house. "C'mon Ryoko, Kai. The venison is almost done. Ryu, you can wait out back." She sighed. "Yeah, yeah. Hello, Mason. It's fine, I used to get yelled at by my older brother."

Rome glinted a smile, looking at Mason. "She's mean and can clean a wound with the most pain you've ever felt." She patted him on the back, before pushing him forward onehandedly. "You'll be fine."

She wandered over to her own dragon and patted him over. "Hey buddy, make friends?" She asked, Iph shook his head and nodded. "Uhh sort of." a vague explanation was said. He walked over to the house, sitting as a sentinel near the door. She moved her arm and painfully made a silent scream. "Ow." She slapped her arm. "Ow- frick I shouldn't do that." She winced, Ziklag was nowhere to be found, probably exploring his new habitat.

Wandering back slowly, she patted Iphtahel when she entered the house. Watching Mason and Sarah.

Mason's smile fluttered turning to a frown, and a slightly worried look by Rome's comment. "What-." She had shoved him forward, making him walk into the house, limping. As he opened the door, he looked to Sarah for guidance. "What do I do?" He looked around. Cute house. He thought, before picking up his shirt and looking at the slightly bleeding wound. "And what do I do about this.." He gagged a little, squeemish around blood, like his sister.

He glanced over at Amber. "Her name's Fire Storm. And yours?" He was curious about her dragons more than her - humans were odd and he had gotten used to that fact. But the dragons he connected with. He liked them and they generally liked him, so it was great. He wasnt going to eat now - he dosnt trust the girl to take his mask off - but he figured he could put up with her for a little while. Fire Storm looked at him in confusion. "What is she saying?" Sage forgot she didnt know the human language - the two of them always spoke serpent tongue. That's what they were both comfortable with. "She wanted to know your name," he told the dragon. "Oh. Well what's hers?" Sage snickers slightly at the dragon's bewilderment. "Amber, I think. Humans are confusing, though. And the language is confusing. I think that's what she said it was." Fire Storm nodded and went back to eating her food. Soon the dragons had finished eating and started frolicking in the clearing. He watched them carefully, knowing a dragon tamer could come by at any time. He could afford to relax - especially not with a stranger and her dragons nearby. He was confident he could beat her in a fight, but she had multiple dragons with her, and Fire Storm wasn't the best fighter, so if something started it probably wouldnt end well.

Sarah grinned. "It may be painful, but its a lot less painful than an infection would be." She followed him into the house. "Go lay down on the couch. Nothing, just make sure nothing touches it." She glanced at him as he gagged a little. Sheesh. I guess squeamishness runs in the family. I wonder how they even prepare meat. She headed to the table, it still wasn't cleared up since she bandaged up Rome. She grabbed the washcloth, still slightly damp, the soap, and the rest of the bandages.
