I've been recently getting back into this game and have putting a lot of effort into it. I've set my goals are are determined to achieve at least one lol. I got myself my first EWW mare and I have fingers and toes crossed for a WWW next RO. I've found a WWW stud that is within my budget, he is also on a couple leaderboards (I've been told that matters?). I've asked for matching help in the past and been redirected to forms but I haven't found anything helpful or useful.
Here is my match First Match Please let me know what to look for or what to add.

To match, you really want to find a stud whose strengths (training traits that go up first) are your mare's weaknesses (traits that go up last) and vice versa. That's really all there is to it. If you can find a stud that's high on a leaderboard and a good match, that's great, but in my experience it's better to just have a good match than a super strong stud. Just tossing your mares at LB boys can produce nice ratings, but then those offspring often can't produce because their traits are so lopsided. Your match looks good based on all your mare's training before her wk 12. There it looks like she kind of switched weaknesses and is now showing that she's weaker in Str. Since that's one of the stud's two weakest traits, I'd say that you should find a different stud. If you want help, let me know your budget, and I can try to find one. Tysm! I'd love help! My budget at the moment is 50k.

I'd give this boy a try. He's weakest in Mv then Hrt and strongest in Int then Str. He's not currently up for breeding, but everything below like #30 SHLB is super cheap, so I can't imagine he'd be out of your budget.

Your mare is very weak in intelligence, so that's the number one thing you should be matching for. The stud's strengths should complement your mare's weaknesses so the foal won't have weaknesses as strong as their dam's. ABLB and LB studs are your best bet. They're the strongest overall horses, training and production wise. That means your foal is much more likely to have a high rating. Sure, non LB horses can produce well, but it's unlikely to happen. I would recommend either of these ABLB studs. Both have very strong INT and complement your mare's training, and are under 50k.
