@Lucky, I just need to find the time and energy! 😉

Going new places can also be a good workout. We take our pit mix out to new hiking areas whenever we can and all of the new things really help to wear him down.

I bet you could teach him yourself
as long as they have decent drive its pretty easy to teach dogs to do a job

Yeah, I should probably look into teaching him some more things. We used to go to dog-friendly stores to train and I still take him to them, but he is familiar with it.

The trainer we worked with offers sessions in weight pulling or similar "job like" things, but they are freakin expensive.

You can make jobs like teaching them to assist you with daily tasks, hiding things and getting them search for them, all sorts of things

Oh, that's fun! My dog would probably be scared of the wagon or cart being behind him. XD

Drafting is essentially what sled dogs do, but with a tiny cart! Like horses do pulling carts or carriages. Minga loved it, and would get so excited anytime I pulled out her harness. Our little wagon broke sadly, so she has not done it in quite some time.

(My dog, Minga, was supposedly from the girls female blue am bully, but she later told me they rescued the litter from a bush before their eyes were open🤨

I guess I'm not sure what "jobs" are available for dogs that are mostly just pets except agility.

What is drafting? I have thought about doing agility with him, but it would be hard because he gets easily scared of new things.

Gotcha. If he is of standard poodle and golden lineage, he is likely from working/hunting dog breeds, so you may need to give him a job, rather than just walkies🙂

I have a dog thats a mutt who is the same way. She was supposed to be lab x American bully, but we think I was lied to. Shes super high energy and I think inbred because she has screws loose. I started drafting with her, and it really helped her work off energy!

and goldens are also generally pretty high energy dogs.

Jumping on people is a very common trait in poodles. Something about them just wants to be eye level

*typical backyard breeder. I think it is more of a breed/temperament thing.

At the time there were lots of other doodles in our neighborhood and we thought they had great personalities so we weren't opposed to getting one. I don't blame his breeder, his breeder was a wonderful lady who really did care and wasn't your backyard breeder.

Oh sorry, golden retriever.

But what is the other breed? Golden, lab, etc?

Is there coats in HEE that are solid with blue eyes? In other games and IRL I know that splash can cause blue eyes with little to no white markings. Finding it hard to use the horse search as I can't figure out how to search for horses with just splash and no other patterns haha. And no images in a the search slowed me down a little too lol

I have found some with minimal white and blue eyes:
https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=13901193
https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=14192370
https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=14649959
https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=11347576

and some with even less white (but still splash) but brown eyes:
https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=14121175
https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=12948515

has anyone come across coats with less white than this but a blue eye?

Blue eyes kind of depend on how much white they have on their face, not their patterns. The more white they have on their face, the more likely they are to have blue eyes.

I'm pretty sure that splash is the only pattern/marking/anything that can produce blue eyes. Even then, the game has two copies of the same splash pattern - one with blue eyes, one with brown eyes.
I heard this from someone on the HEE art team.
I could have totally mis-remembered, but I'm fairly sure that's the deal :)

Splash and frame are the only white patterns that'll produce blue eyes.

However, several base coats will result in blue eyes. Smoky creme, perlino, cremello, and any cream + pearl are all base coats that will net you blue eyes.

How about my boy here? He doesn't have to much white on him.
