Learned today that both of my trainers will be leaving in 8 months/a year and a half from now.

I knew they were leaving, didnt think it was so soon though.

One is the barn manager/english and western trainer, the other is her friend and mainly western trainer. I really like them both, they've been wonderful and taught me so much, and have also provided support when I needed to vent and such. I didn't realize how soon they would be leaving. They are both moving far away (out of state, but going to the same state to work together). By then I'll have learned a lot more, and be more confident with my abilities of course, but its not just their teaching I'll miss. Time flies :/

Aww Lucky. That sucks. There was a period of time about a month ago where I thought my trainer was gonna leave. Im younger so I had built my life around her teachings, and I cried for WEEKS. Thank goodness shes changed her mind. I pray the same for you, and if thats not God's plan, you will be guided by Him to a good place <3

They've made up their minds, they already have bought land, and have house plans. One is staying here until her house is ready, the other is finishing renovating her current house and then once its sold will be moving. So its definite. I hope I'll be able to make some more friends, but I have no idea what I'm going to do when theyre gone. I guess I'll just have to find out :/

So Im moving barns in June. And losing two people who are so important to me.

My barn is shutting down. shit just gets better 😆

So now I dont even get to spend the last month with my trainers. yay.
