So about 40 minutes ago, a timed quiz of mine crashed... i had LITERALLY 23 minutes or so left. Welp, the whole damn site crashed. I contacted my bio friends through discord because they are in the same class as me and i wanted to know if they had the same issue at any point. Looks like its a no. I tried loading it in a new tab, tried contacting the platform's support people (who are not online), took screenshots of everything and have sent 3 of them to my instructor (it would only let me send 3). So unfortunately i may be stuck. I only completed 9 of the 20 questions. that is nothing if i got any of the wrong so it is not enough for me to come close to passing that quiz which will drop my grade so fast. I don't know what to do. I want to cry and scream at the same time. I just wanted to finish my homework today so I didn't have anything to do tomorrow. But my damn luck, the quiz crashed. of all the days for the site to crash and go down in flames, it picked today, at this time... the quiz is due tomorrow night at 11:59 pm and my professor does not check his emails until almost a week later. I still haven't heard back from him from an exam related question he told me to email him 3 weeks ago. I don't know what to do. |

So sent the email and about 30 minutes ago I was able to log back into the server that I need to be on to take the quiz. But the quiz ended/reset and will not let me do anything but marked all of my answers as incorrect. |

update: my professor responded to the email from the company that owns the site and from to the email from me saying he reset it. well... i think he just extended the due date because I can't do anything (cant take the quiz again, go back in and edit my answers, click on the questions ect) so looks like im still stuck ;-; |
