I called a friend of mine back home to see how she and her family are doing. I got word that her husband who is also a friend of mine who was under going cancer treatments, won't be getting any more treatments. The doctors can't do any more for him. They are giving him 3 months to a year left. Needless to say I'm rather in shock still, but I'm not surprised at the out come. Cancer freaking sucks.

Totally agree. I've lost both my parents to it along with other relatives, and now a good friend is suffering from it. He was taken to the hospital the other day and well don't know if he's taken a turn for the worst yet or not. Still waiting to hear.

Well my friend is home from the hospital. He had to get at least 3 transfusions, and a shit ton of antibiotics in him. He's back home and in hospice care now. I hate to think this, but I doubt he'll live out the year, but I can hope he will.

im so sorry that is awful! i wiah you all the best, cancer is awful and quite frankly terrifying, my grandad had it and died 10 days after my birthday in 2020, you could literally see the life drain out of him it was heartbreaking

I got a phone call around 10am MST (mountian time) this morning. My friend passed away in his sleep around 8:30am CST this morning. He's a peace now and no longer in pain.
