sigh a lot has happened in the past 2 days. first of all, on the 2nd of march, i found out that my childhood friend passed away after getting into a bad car accident. We lost contact in the past year but we were incredibly close when we were kids and it hit me like a whack in the face that somebody so full of life and energy and love could just not be here anymore. Im still processing it. And then yesterday, my grandfather passed. We had all known it was going to happen soon, he was 98 years old. But the fact that it happened a day after my friend died just broke me. I still feel broken to be honest. At least he died in his sleep and we know he wasnt in pain. I just feel like going to bed, crying and never seeing anybody else ever again. I go back to work in a week and i just dont know how im going to be able to keep being my usual happy joyous self around the kids. it just hurts. |

I'm sorry to hear of your losses. I'm going though something similar, but that's neither here nor there. Prayers and good thoughts are with you. |
