@Aussie, I told my boss that I can only handle working in memory care twice a week and she told me no which means I might be quitting my job.

What sucks is I REALLY need the money, but I seriously almost had a meltdown last time I worked.

I had a job through pre-k department to begin with. I just picked up waiver hours here and there, since they are around the clock.
This client was so kind, though. They stopped scheduling me waiver hours once I turned in my notice, but I am still with pre-k

@Celeste, so did they just stop scheduling you with that client, but you still kept your job?

They would not compromise with me. Kept saying it was a privilege to work for that department.
Like first off, all my certs are pre-k I do not have anything other than the basic waiver certs.
And second, I did it as a favor to my boss lol.

@Celeste, I just dont understand why they cant compromise with me.

That is kinda why I stopped doing waiver services through my workplace. They kept me giving me a heavy lift client I could not handle before my accident, much less after my accident.
I gave that department a two week notice and they just did not schedule me anymore.
I loved doing it I just cannot do a heavy lift client.

It feels like whenever I set boundaries with my bosses they are inflexible and tell me no which always leafs to me quitting.

@WRS, she said I have to take my turn in there. I think working there twice a week and working in the assisted living side the other two days counts as taking my share.

That would be a hard unit I think to work often...

I texted my boss and told her I can only handle working in the memory care unit twice a week and she told me that is not going to work, so depending on how this week goes I might be quitting without notice.

The neighbors I currently have are awful. I live on the end of a shared driveway on a road that has most of that family living on it in several different houses. They all are extremely rude and hog the entire driveway to where I can barely get even an ATV out of it at some points.I have talked multiple times with them about this and they continue to ignore me.The one family at the end of the driveway also got a large pickup truck that he parks smack in the middle of it. This was just the start of the many problems that followed after this. A few weeks after I moved in they had their grandchildren move in with the next door neighbors. I was building fence at the time they moved in. The next day I left for work and came back to the driveway packed full of cars , they had cars parked in more than half of the pasture down by their house that had belonged to me and they had started parking cars in my yard. Turns out they were having a welcoming party for the grandchildren. I couldn't get my car into my own side of the driveway or up through the field so I got out and went to talk to them about moving their cars and about 40 minutes later they finally did. Fast forward about 3 months. I had brought my pet dog with me (He was a massive 90lb Australian Shepard) when I moved and he wasn't really happy about the neighbors randomly opening the driveway gates and coming up here uninvited. So I had to keep him cooped up in a large(ish) pen because he had always barked at them and sat on the driveway right before the property line and I was afraid they might get bit because he was trying to protect me. So the neighbor kid just would randomly walk into my house without knocking and look for me. Which I thought was rude. A few weeks later I had my dog out with me working on fence up behind the house. I had went to go get a glass of water walked out the front door and saw the neighbor kid running up to the property line (my dog knew where it was and never passed it) and then running back down to their pool in hopes of getting my dog to chase them. He did this a few more times before I yelled at the kid and told Kanyan to come up to the porch. Meanwhile the grandpa of the kid and his sister just sat and watched him do this.
I eventually had to give Kanyan to my niece because I was scared he was going to stop putting up with it and cross the property line and hurt somebody. I finally thought they had stopped being that way until I brought my horses over. The other neighbor had went through an electric fence (I have no clue how) and was feeding my horses random treats she had like candy and old apples. I told her to stop and she never did. 2 months later I decided to take a ride on the road with my gelding and the neighbor kid (that was pestering my dog) had gotten a gas bike that was very loud and I did not know this until I was in the middle of the road and heard something so I got on the grass area on the road and saw him riding it straight towards me and my horse as he nearly pushed me into the ditch with it. The next day I had to watch my friends kid and she had allowed me to let her ride one of the miniature horses I had here. We had JUST gotten off the horses less than a few minutes ago and all the sudden I heard a loud AF boom that shook the ground looked up and saw the neighbors up the road shooting tannerite. I'm not sure what to do about these people at this point. And they continue to trespass on posted property without my consent. I'm definitely moving in the next few months to a place out west but I am currently saving up money to purchase a new home. Hopefully they will stop soon.

The only thing you can do is document everything, and go to law enforcement. If they continue to park on your property, you can legally have their vehicles towed at their expense. If you have no tresspassing posted on your property you can have them arrested for tresspass. I know you don't want to be that neighbor, but if the bad neighbors are upsetting you and the others that may be the way to go.
