that recording has the potential to save your dog from walking the bridge.
if authorities see that the dog was under FULL CONTROL and you were only defending yourself, they will let your dog off the (mostly) hook with some reprecussions. you might have some strings attached but you and your dog will not be in deep shit.

ive seen dogs who pick up on threats and alert the handler so that the handler is much aware of their surroundings. it is for sure possible. it just requires the right breed, breeder, puppy, training and consistency+dedication in the training.

dutch shepherds, belgian malinois, german shepherds and dobermans are the most common PPDs ive seen.

research the breed based on YOUR personal needs AND lifestyle. these breeds are HIGH DRIVE if theyre bred right and have good pedigrees.
