I remember doing my outside manual labor job after I was done with physical therapy, and before my gym days. It was awful, but over time got better and now I'm far stronger and in better shape than I ever was pre-surgery and it's an amazing feeling.

So awhile ago I moved to a place that had alot of stairs
Found i was tired from one trip up & down
Meanwhile im walking like 5 miles a day without even noticing
I realized it was my tendons that where wimpy
So od the stretch things & ofcourse used the stairs
Later when I had to hike significantly uphill I noticed that was super easy <3
