I am enjoying life greatly as a nerd.
I have a house, it is paid off. I worked my ass off to get it paid completely off.
I pay for horses now. I can take 2 lessons a week. That is 8 lessons a month
I pay for all my bills. And they are always paid on time and in full.

I graduated high school in 1979 and still am close to one of my best friends from HS. We never have even had a disagreement before. We still visit each other often even living several states away from each other.
Still in touch with other numerous friends from HS.
But we were all nerds in our own way. Me with horses and being a timboy and great grades. One always wanted to be a clown for Ringling Bros, and he made it, then continued life as an entertainer and still does. Others were photographer, teachers, and other normal careers.
Bitnour circle was relatively small compared tomthe Â“popularÂ” kids.
We all have good lives tho

I still speak to some. And some of them I have had their kids in class.
Some of my class has ended up in a really bad way.
I mean, I was considered a nerd because I loved horses and reading.
Now, I own my own home. I am one of the most requested Teachers Aides at my school, and I am able to pay my bills and this year I had enough left over to put some down on a cruise.
