| In some fairness, I would be a little weirded out if a bunch of people were essentially in my backyard. My property line in the back is a river. I get boaters/paddlers/kayakers often. Would not particularly like if they decided to hope up the bank and have a picnic in my yard. I understand a beach is a little different but I do understand the thought. Plus nowadays with liability, even if its not technically "their" beach, knowing the owner of the house right behind might encourage some less than ideal behavior. |
