I can only recommend the oatmeal! It's been two years and breakfast is still my favorite and healthiest meal of the day. I use either whole or crushed oat flakes, and measure everything with just teaspoons. The combination for the base that works best for me is: 4 teaspoons of oat flakes 4 teaspoons of chia seeds 1 very full teaspoon of coconut flakes 1 slob of peanut butter with the teaspoon 1 barely full teaspoon of honey My favorite type of honey is rape blossom honey, it just makes the whole thing extremely creamy! I've tried looking up some English results, but I see that out there it's kind of a specialty? In Hungary it's very common, even cheaper than most single floral honeys. Another small trick is to prepare the oat falkes + milk the night before and put it into the fridge. Then the next morning just mix all the other ingredients and pour them into the colr oat meal, and you'll get an extra creamy version of the original :D So far I've offered my breakfast only to one person when a friend of mine visited me last summer for a week, and she loved it :D Arcturus Centre said: That's incredible!
