I love the barn I am at now. Non judgmental and helpful people- most of the girls want me to ride with them lol. They always beg me to come to the shows but after the chaos of the last one I am staying home for the next one LOL
I do however wish I got to stick with one barn. I have never felt "in" with a barn as I have never been around long enough and I've kept my horses at home for a long time. I was at one place for 3 years as a barn manager but none of the girls my age ever really let me into their group, like they would leave the arena when I came in to ride
I just kept bouncing around to whoever would teach in exchange for work or just whoever was affordable. But in some ways I really enjoyed it because I have such an open mind when it comes to training
I honestly just do what is most effective for that horse. There is no cookie cutter fit for all horses training wise. We have horses who are trained so differently from each other. We do events from Saddleseat to Western Pleasure. Mostly Arabs and half Arabs too. It is so cool to work with the different horses
