So awhile ago I moved to a place that had alot of stairs Found i was tired from one trip up & down Meanwhile im walking like 5 miles a day without even noticing I realized it was my tendons that where wimpy So od the stretch things & ofcourse used the stairs Later when I had to hike significantly uphill I noticed that was super easy <3
I don't even have a treadmill. 😭 I had to awkwardly run down the hallway and out into the garage at night to get ready for a mile thing the next day, but you know that was cut short and didn't end well.
Basically lack of desire or inspiration or frustrations with art outuput. Sometimes being stuck with a certain element in your piece as well... such as maybe lighting or hair flow....
Oh my god. My legs feel like jelly. I remember now why I hate cardio 💀 doing legs with heavy weights for 2 hours? No prob. Incline on the treadmill for half an hour? Deceased😭
For me, it's either not being able to come up with good enough ideas, not being able to execute ideas I have, and a general dissatisfaction with everything I produce. Leads to long gaps between pieces. Sucks.
I don't know actually :) I say I have art block when I want to but can't make it work I have an idea but the magic isn't happening or I know what I want but can't hold it in my head to actually draw it
