Ever since I created my account I have noticed that nearly every time (9/10) I put my mouse over the "Community" tab that it moves over underneath the "Stable" tab. Typically when I go for it and it moves there I can either click on the sub-tab (or whatever you call it) or it moves back to where it is suppose to be.
