I was just breeding my black chestnut horses together and was disappointed to not get one. Then, I was rating them and the first filly I thought looked super dark. Rated her and the colour said "black chestnut" lol, I thought "I'm not that tired am I?" , turns out she's pasture bred XD

Yeah there was something about that. It's supposed to be improved, but mostly I think it just prevents higher combos from turning out with super low ratings. So not much different. It's still the wild west.

Same for me. I wanted to change my default background to the hay field, but it isn't applying properly. Also, on the change default background, the image doesn't show for me at all in the sample image block.

Having same issues with no pictures showing just blue box with ? when looking to choose default background picture.

Did you hand set your horses? If you hand set them it will override the default.
