Store Refresh Timer is not synched

So I noticed today when I clicked on the store that the refresh timer is off. I was looking at 5:57pm GT when I noticed the timer still said it had 9 minutes until reset which I knew wasn't right. At 6pm GT the store auto refreshed like it's supposed to but the timer still said it had 6 minutes left. Once it hit 0 it just said EXPIRED until I went to a different page before returning back to the store
