Offspring
Manage Your Horse
Treat
I have tried on both computer and phone, and have tried multiple horse pages. At the very least, manage your horse was working for me a few hours ago.

Also having this issue. I am also having trouble in the breeding barn, i select the horses and their pictures aren't showing up
