I've been unable to upload art recently, its takes forever to load and just ends up directing me to a 'this site can't be reached' page. When I log back into my account, the horses picture has not changed.
This has happened with my banner and for several horses.
My art is all the correct sizes and file types.
I have had art upload fine for me prior. |

i am unable to do anything banner wise period. every time i see where i could upload they all say the same thing. go to assign avatar and there will be a place where you can add a banner. but when i go into assign avatar there is never such a place. only adding an avatar is there... can someone please help me in this matter? i recently got a banner, and I've never had stable art before. Can someone please help me with this? i'm frustrated and curious and concerned as to why i'm unable to add banners. |

What is the error code on the page? And what is the name of the file? |
