It's because the DNS needs to update. The DNS is on very many computers across the internet to help your request get routed to the new server. They all have to update. It takes a few days.

I am having this issue as well, and it only happened after I cleared my Google Chrome cache. This bug also is only currently affecting this SA, not my main or other SA.

I am unable to reply as well but if I start a new message it works, clearned my DNS and now HEE won't load on my computer so I am using my phone.
