yeah I'm of the same mind honestly--you never know where the good ones are until you give 'em a little time to show it, although once you *have* a number of good horses then that raises the standard and you gotta keep the population down somehow. everyone's at a different point in their stable though so up to the individual to decide

I've noticed that the mini games are lagging or freezing up altogether for me, especially the Derby Hat game.

Edited...I responded before I saw Eve posted an update, whoops. Just tried Derby Hats and it seems fine now.

It definitely helped!

It's way faster but I still have a little lag sometimes (not the 5min time outs anymore though!)

You can tell by exploring, a week ago you could just click nonstop without a problem now it loads a tad longer and sometimes takes 2 / 3 seconds to go.

Site's laggy this morning... maybe due to everyone logging in on a Monday to track training! Haha

I've also had problems with the Kentucky Derby Hats game lately (and continued into today) where it's really laggy and clicking the tiles doesn't accomplish much.

I noticed that it lags no matter what IÂ’m doing.
Mainly 5-6 minutes for normal actions, and like 8-9 minutes when posting in chat or sending a PM

Site is taking about a minute or two to load anything for me. From submitting chat post, forum posts, or remarks for training. The link I clicked to get to this post loaded to a white screen for about two minutes before finally loading into the forum.

I am struggling over here. Entering shows is proving to be difficult. It takes anywhere from 2-10 seconds for the page to load clicking between each horse and when I submit to enter a horse into a show, it likes to lag out and take its sweet time. I've even gotten a few "Error Entering Show" notices even though the horse was entered, it just took too long.

I'm having some lag issues too, its mostly (so far) when I try to send mail. Not for 5 minutes but more like 2 or 3.

Ok, we've made another update. It may take up to 48 to take effect.

If you do receive any more of those lag spikes that freeze you for 5 minutes, please post here. (There shouldn't be any of those)
