I use a PC and navigate on Firefox. I have no issue right now. The website was laggy overall on the 1st of the month but I think it was due to traffic increase. But it was minor and I had not problem to breed my horses. |

I know its not applicable to the PC part of this, but I've been having issues with HEE being slow too but on my mobile. It takes forever to load or it straight up freezes. Forums and the auctions page is where it was happening most, especially if I was using chat at the same time as when I was on those pages. |

Super late to the party here but just woke up and tried to get on HEE and it times out before I can even log in. I know the wifi to my laptop is working as I am using facebook. I am and edge user, have been for years.. Up until a couple days ago never had an issue. A couple of days ago I thought my internet may have just been a little bad as it would say "cant load this page" I'd refresh and it would load, maybe alittle slow but it would load. I would also have some issues on facebook but not at the same time as hee. Today I woke up, facebook is working on the wifi on both my laptop and phone, but HEE wouldnt load. "we cant load this page". I tried to get on wtih my phone on the wifi and it was just a solid black screen with nothing happening. I cleared my cache and restarted my browser, no changes. I asked a real life friend if it was working for them and they had zero issues. I came off the wifi on my phone to test it and it loaded up beautifully. and am using my cellphone hotspot with my laptop now. What would cause HEE to not work with the same wifi provider I had all of 2024 and Feb-Mar 2026? |

I don't know if it is related but this has happened to me off and on the past two days. Only when trying to log in. I try to log in, get this message, reload, and I can then log in. This happens on my laptop and phone. No VPN.

I have a VPN on my phone but it hasnt been active in ages.. I have no idea when I had in on last. I do not have a VPN on my laptop. . I am still having this issue |

Can you try a different browser and see if you still have this problem? Also, can you please post a screenshot of the error? |

Been getting the same error as Jeri I use Safari and everything works fine on mobile It never used to do this, started all of a sudden |
