Fancy Grove: in my opinion that guy needs a little more training to show well at level 7.
He only has heart training bars to level 6, and only one level 7 bar in strength.
You can certainly try him, but I would wait if losing money on entry fees is an issue for your bank amount

Fancy - could you buy some level 7 geldings in the same discipline as him so it's not just one horse and they can make you more money?

Venous all the mares can be bred again on the first of every month, its called Rollover (and all horses age a year, yearly leaderboards reset etc). You can of course breed anytime assuming the mare hasn't had a foal or been used as a surrogate that year, but most people do their breeding on the 1st

I hope he does well in his show I put him in today I really hope he doesn't refuse like with his last few owners but to be honest paying his level 7 rider will drain my money

Do you guys think a halter/roping bred quarter pony would be any good at western pleasure? She's slow, lazy, and super gentle. Doing great with her first few rides. However, I'm not sure if her size would work too well. 13.3 hands . Does anyone here have experience with shorter ones in western events? I think Chic would be best at Trail or Horsemanship based on her personality.
