Ru,

fair, which is why I didn't really go for PON/ISH/SH as they're fairly common and cheap

Well if you aim for WWW ratings, you're gonna suffer anyways, I managed to do SD breeding while being mostly broke, never over 200k EBS

SH and ISH are the most competitive but very cheap. RID are expensive and quite rare

Trying to decide which breed was too much for me to do alone so I need votes lol

Alejandro is still off. I'm currently riding a new barrel horse I may make a forum about.

I have a mustang, he is HUGE 17.4 hands his name is Dead Fire aka Pistol, he is bought from BLM captured in Wisconsin. He is a buckskin with light black feathers on the back of his leg. I got him for $325 in a auction. We ride western. 6 years old and being trained by me for a show he is gelded he has 4 foals on the way, he was bred then gelded. He has won 7 of 10 shows earned 2 seconds and 1 third. He has proven good in the show ring and I am going to keep him till death. For a wild mustang he was easy to bond with.

Please don't make up stories. Thank you!

I laughed so fucking hard reading this LOL

Long time no update!
-
Al is back in full work and been doing absolutely amazing! We went to one schooling show where he jumped all the scary fillers for the first time and we've been doing lots of dressage work at home!
-
I jumped Alejandro a couple days ago, practicing new jumps like corner "pie slice" cross country style jumps and Swedish oxers and he was super good! Both of our confidence has really improved lately :D
-
Yesterday I took him to go visit his former trainer thag competed with him in the TIP challenge as well. She was overjoyed to see him again even though he's all fluffy haha

Yikes, forgot abt this again lol. Al is doing very well, I have been dealing with severe lack of motivation due to other issues but I find the urge to ride 3-4 times week for about 45 mins which isnt bad. As school is out and I have gotten help for myself I find myself wanting to go out more and spend time with Al even just lunging and building our bond because after going through my first very very disastrous heartbreak I find myself straying away from people and finding comfort with my pony.
As for riding I can happily say that Al and I can *confidently* tackle a 3' course with ease now after having a hugeeee setback a few months ago and losing out confidence. We have been doing so amazingly as a team lately and I can feel him learning to love his job again. He has become such an amazing young horse. Hoping to get him out to some horse trials and jumper shows this summer!
Also, I've almost had him for a year now! 3 more months to go!

Decided to give Alejandro a change of scenery last weekend and took him to a playday/gymkhana (western event for those who don't know) and he actually won high point for the day which is pretty awesome considering he had no idea what he was doing haha.
Other than that we've not done much, jumped one day and it wasn't a great ride but I guess we have to have some not-so-good days every now and then. Might get Al out eventing sometime this summer to get some show experience under his belt on the off chance I do end up selling him in the fall.
