I use a velvet scrunchie at night and I braid it to protect it, and I'll throw it up for convenience, but most of the time I leave it down. I had some patchiness around my hairline after having my son and it's all grown back now, but I try not to keep it too tight

It's really easy; with hair that long, just twirl it into either a quick bun or what I used to do was do a quick rope with it and sling it around my neck like a scarf.

I use this stuff click

and it works WONDERS! I've used it everywhere on my paint except his face (ironically he has very small markings) so I'd double check it's safe for the face but I would assume so.

I can confirm that this stuff is great! My mare has lots of chrome so it's been a lifesaver. Avaliable on Amazon too.
