The only cat we paid for was our black cat. He was from a local rescue. He's been very healthy so far but needed to go to the emergency vet not too long ago for bloody stools.

I'd always wanted an orange tabby. We lost my mom's cat a couple of months ago due to a horrible accident and this little guy found his way into our lives. He sure makes life interesting.

Ven - I paid an adoption fee for my kitten. Then he needed surgury to get his tail amputated two summers ago, now he needs regualr vet appointments to get his drugs for his respiratory thing that causes stuffy noses. I spend more on him then my horses some days
