My best memory would be riding my heart horse all over town, through the bush and all the jumping we did! Our highest jump was 1.40m. She is retired now <3

Anhinga. I live in on the water in Florida and love to see these guys' heads popping up out of the water with a fish. They don't have preen glands to waterproof their feathers so they can dive deeper than birds that do, so they get completely soaked and have to sit with wings spread to dry in the sun before going home in the evening. They have black bodies and lovely white markings on the wings. Females and young ones have brown heads and necks, but the males are lovely jet-black. What do you like most about the place you live (not specifically identifiable stuff, just in general). |
