| yeah. im not gonna be happy if they try asking me to convince him to come in or something. or just ask again, because he will feel guilty and paranoid and go anyways. and again he literally has a severe foot condition. his availability is 4 hours a day period. |

| they are nice in a lot of other regards. i just wish scheduling was better. in a span of like less than two months his lead aready considers him his favorite because he literally works 3 times as hard as anyone except said lead. but they shouldnt be only asking him to stay over or start early when other people exist |

| meanwhile they almost never let me come in on days im off and he works when i literally want to. like i know its mostly because theyre already ok on staff but come on |
