Riders can randomly go on maternity leave, so you have to hire replacements while still having to pay your level 9 riders while they're off for 10+ weeks. Stable staff can also file HR complaints if they don't like the names you give them. Sorry, Ugly Fletcher finds that name derogatory, please change it or he'll sue you. |

Horses that live in pastures will sometimes refuse to come in when called or be caught, so they'll randomly skip out on shows. |

You need to buy fencing to go around the perimeter of your property otherwise you run the risk of horses getting loose and running away/getting hit by a car/attacked by wildlife/etc etc. The more barns you have, the bigger your property is and the more fencing you need. Oh, and fences can break and need repair. |
