if their skill is close to 900. I usually fire those with skill above 890, since the risk is high that they will level up after training and refuse to work one day after you pay them

the level 10 just chill in your lounge until you kick them out, they don't even ask for money anymore, but the old ones just dip!

they retire at level 10 OR at 65 years of age, so if you have 64 year olds you should replace them by tomorrow or they vanish and leave you scrambling to your barns to find your abandoned horses!
