All of mine are the titles of songs from bands I like listening to!

Usually parent names, sometimes I go on a tangent from those and end up with a new theme for a line. Or after creatures/characters from books x)

I mostly name them based on nature, foods, etc. for example flowers, sweets, and sometimes real life themes :)

i do both! if i can't come up with something good from the parents' names i usually just kind of look around the room or use whatever i'm listening to in the background as inspiration, or i go with a song/fandom reference!

I do get name ideas from countries like Poland, Italy and the Netherlands for my horses and Books

Hahahahahahahaha I have named most of mine after OPI nail polish color names because they're all so unique and there are so many of them. I did run out a couple of months ago now and I just do whatever pops into my brain or whatever song lyric is coming into my head. Also based off of whatever show I'm currently binging haha

All four combined. I try to base them on the parents' names, their names are loosely inspired by a fandom, but are picked randomly, and the fandom bases the names on real-life things.

I put parent's names, but also depends on the reaction I get from seeing the foal, the month, the time of year, the events. I like to name them for something with meaning.
