There is a handful of ways:

- You could try some easy quests. Skip the complicated ones!

- Showing
- Games

- Setting free horses, you earn 1,000 ebs per horse and there is a max of 100 horses per month. If you find any in sales that are 2 years old or older for cheaper than 1,000 - you could buy them then set them free to earn a profit.

- If you have any free capture passes (also a prize from some quests). You could capture horses for free then set them free or you could sell them depending on their colour.

- You could work on fancy coloured horses (any rating, or none at all) and then put them up for brood each month

- Make art and sell it
- Make adopts and sell them

Another tip:
Do not spend your ebs capturing, it can be a big money sink
