Nope, once store credits are store credits there's no way to get them back to ebs or barns, BUT you can buy breeding items and other store items with them!

You're close to buying a sven though, you could get one and sell it for close to full value

A Sven is a completely different breeding item than a glass. It adds +2 to all traits. They cost 1 mil ebs from the store. You could probably get the full amount back when you sell it.
