Sage wandered over lazily with a chuckle in response to her comment, giving her a teasing grin. "You miss me," he repeated with a sort of laugh. "Ive only been gone for like three minutes," he teased lightly, but curled up with her happily anyway. He hummed a goodnight to her in response to her hum, tangling their legs up together and nestling his nose in her hair as he normally did before drifting off to sleep again.

(I was thinking she's more...aware? Than the rest of the zombies? So shes like 'queen' of a bunch of them and he realizes the only way to keep t and Liz sage from them is giving himself back to her?)

"I did." T whined, burying her head into the crook of his neck. "It felt longer." She huffed softly, shifting to wiggle and intertwine her body with his, keeping herself firmly pressed to him as he nuzzled his head into her hair. She settled down quickly, talking a deep breath of his scent before she faded off to sleep.

(Yeah! That sounds good to me! Super sad full circle moment for him lol)

Sage chuckled softly in response to her comment and pecked her head lightly. "Well it was cute," he noted, rather amused by it all. He was tired though, so once he noted her breathing regulating and slowing, it really didn't take long to fall asleep. He woke the next morning to Lizzie whimpering, and he moved to grab the girl tiredly, frowning when he realized it wasn't hunger...it was something else. He glanced around, risking a peek through the ivy, and then drew back with a hiss. There were zombies everywhere...all coming towards them. "T," he hissed. "Wake up and get dressed," he added, tossing her her clothes, which included a spare shirt of his now, and getting dressed quickly himself, moving to hand her Liz and finger his dagger, peering out again.

T stirred as Sage left, whining herself as he did so. She rolled onto her back to watch him, smiling slightly as she did so. She rubbed her eyes quietly, tilting her head as he hissed. As soon as the words came out of his mouth She scrambled into her clothes, throwing her bag on her back and getting her gun into her hand. She took Liz as she was offered, Lucifer at her side, snarling softly at the ivy curtain. "What's happening? Can we run?" She asked worriedly, her voice soft.

Sage shook his head slightly in response to her question, biting his lower lip anxiously as he peered out at the circle of zombies. "No," he said softly, pulling back slightly into the cave. "We're surrounded," he whispered. AFter a moment, he heard one of them coo his name, and he went stock still, blood draining from his face when he heard Amy's voice. He was dimly aware of throwing a terrified glance at T, but by then a group of Zombies were herding them out of the cave. How they got there he had no idea, but his mind was whirling as they were all shoved in front of his...what was he supposed to call her? Ex wife? Wife? He wasn't sure. "Don't tell me you've forgotten your place already," she cooed, running a hand along his chest in a rather dominating manner before the zombie behind him kicked him, knocking him to his knees...and he couldn't rise. He was too shocked for that, especially when Amy crouched down and took his chin, raising it so he had to look at her. "So you found yourself someone else to follow around," she mused, moving to circle the girls hungrily. "What a pretty face," she crooned to T. "I used to have a face like that," she added with a sort of a snarl, reaching for her. "Amy, don't," sage had managed to wheeze, and she looked over at him with a cocked head. "What position are you in to ask any favors of me," she hissed, and he bit his lip, thinking. He couldn't kill her...her goons would tear all three of them apart. "Leave them alone...you and all of your goons...for good," he told her. She wandered back over to him a smile forming on her face. "And what do I get out of this deal," she asked, a knowing look on her face. Sage couldn't even bear to look at T or Liz as he clenched his jaw. "me," he said shortly, knowing it was the only thing she'd agree to. But...she did agree to it, much to his relief. She'd smashed her lips against his, biting his lip....he could taste his blood as he scrunched his face up. "I'll be waiting, dearest," she purred, and then they were all gone, and he was still on the ground, pulse thindering in his ears and breaths jerky.
