Name: Riptide Oceanic Atlantis Nicknames: Ripp Gender: Male Age: ? Height: In horse form, he is 18.2 HH. In human form, he is 6'2. Species: Kelpie Horse Appearance: Ripp is a midnight black kelpie with shiny mane and tail that seemingly always glitter with droplets of water. Grey streaks and stripes break up his dark appearance. He has deep blue eyes like the darkest depths of the ocean and shiny black hooves. Wild, entangled mane flies everywhere and a thick tail is usually whipped back and forth. He has thick muscle, way stronger than any normal horse. Human Appearance: As a human, Ripp is transformed into a handsome young man with the deepest blue sparkling eyes. He has black hair that is always rather messy, with slight curling bangs. The hair, as usual, shines with seemingly thousands of droplets of water. A broad smile and a strikingly handsome face is framed by the black hair, along with a sharp jawline. Ripp has broad shoulders and a wide chest, with lean, wiry muscle. Usually appearing in a black t-shirt with a button up neck and dark blue jeans, Ripp is rather enticing at first glance. Personality: Ripp doesn't have the normal, vicious Kelpie personality. He is charming, charismatic, and prideful... but that's only the outside. Farther in he can be rather soft, kind, and caring. As a human he tends to revert to jokes and tends to be much kinder, but as a Kelpie he can be a little more irritable and stubborn, and he doesn't like other males. He tends to reside at the mouth of streams or deep, clear, wide places. Ripp prefers places to swim around. Backstory: Ripp was obviously born a Kelplie. His parents lived close to the ocean, near a river mouth, and they didn't see him as a Kelpie till age 15. With that, they didn't want him living with them anymore, and moved out at the young age, diving into the streams. Affiliations: Mother: Lillianna Rose Edelle. Father: Mack Jock Edelle. (Starting) It was the first day of high school no one knew she was a kelpie since their was no Kelpie schools around her. She Bumped into this Male as she dropped her books "Im sorry her eyes turned into kelpie eyes as she shook her hed her eyes turning back,As she picked up her books. |

Riptide was walking into the new school, completely confident in his strides with his head held high. He noticed the glances he was getting, and already he noticed girls whispering about his looks... Ripp had enhanced hearing from being a kelpie. His sparkling dark blue eyes showed slightl annoyance as he went towards his locker, but quickly he got bumped into by a strikingly good looking girl- but wait. Those eyes. That hair. She was a kelpie too. His gaze lit up in surprise and he froze for a moment. "Oh- it... is fine." Ripp answered slowly, with his surprise his eyes flashing the same, kelpie look hers had, in a much deeper blue. "Here." He handed her a book that fell father out, shouldering his backpack and unlocking his locker. |

Riptide was thrilled and wary. Was this girl really a Kelpie? It'd be the first one he EVER found. He had lived quite a reclusive life- and even if he didn't talk much, he always has that sense of loneliness. As the girl whispered to him, his eyes glittered abnormally, sparkling like diamonds in the water. "Yes, I am. I'd assume the same for you?" He murmured back, grabbing some books and trying to act normal. |

Ripp nodded slightly, glancing around him before the bell rang. His black hair seemed to shimmer as he turned to look at the girl and trying not to chuckle at her... troubles. "Here." He reached up and got the book, handing it to her. "See you in class." Ripp performed a salute, jokingly smiling before walking off. |
