The woman sort of looked over at him before moving to peck his lips happily. "Well, I'm glad you made it past that year. We have it good now," she mused gently to him. At his little pur, she chuckled and moved to press a gre light kiss to his lips again. "That's what I'm saying. But I just like you," she mused gently to him before sort of moving to roll onto her back. She sort of moved to look over at him with a small smile. "You're the best man ever," she mused happily.

Sage hummed lightly and nodded in response to her comment, giving her a grin. "Me too," he agreed. "And I do think we've got it pretty nice," he mused lightly. He chuckled happily when she agreed, and he kissed her back happily before propping himself up on his side when Mari rolled over. "And you're the best woman ever," he added, eyes glittering. "Though I must say, your mom is quite wonderful herself," he added lightly.

The woman grinned at his comments, and sort of looked over when he perched on his side. She sort of rolled her eyes at his next comments. "Why can you be so lovely then turn around and say something about my mum!" She teased him softly before moving to settled down, sort of wrapping an arm around him comfortably. "She is pretty great though, isn't she," she mused happily.

Sage couldn't help but laugh in response to the girls comment, wrapping an arm around her when she curled in again. "Hey, I could have made a joke out of it," he mused lightly. "But yeah, she is pretty great," he agreed happily. "She stopped by quick but you were asleep so she just made sure I was alive and all that, and said to tell you hello," he added lightly, flopping back over to lay down again.

Mari gave a small chuckle before moving to peck his lips, a soft hum escaping her when he wrapped his arm around her. She sort of ran her hand up his bicep with a small grin. "There was no way to make a joke... at least that I can see," she mused lightly. She sort of looked over at him with a small smile. "Well as long as she knows you're alive then there's no problem then," she mused lightly to him before moving to peck his cheek again.

Sage kissed her back before humming and giving the girl a devilish grin. "Well my first thought was to add that your mom would be too old to fuck but figured you wouldn't appreciate that," he noted with a chuckle. He obviously wasn't interested in her mom like that ..she was his mom now. But he was definitely interested in Mari that way, he supposed, so the joke was amusing to him. Mari, it may not be. That was amusing itself. "Yep. All good now," he chirped lightly, squeezing her gently.

Mari wrinkled her nose at him and playfully punched his shoulder. "You're right. I don't appreciate that. And I don't like that you're thinking about it!" She yelped in a sort of disgusted tone, though was obviously teasing him a little. She didn't expect him to come out with that, though. She grinned when he squeezed her, and gently squeezed his arm. "It's about time. Though, we've just gotten you healthy and now you've got no energy," she mused lightly.

Sage had chuckled softly and pecked her head lightly. "that's why I refrained from the joke," he noted with a snicker. Then his grin widened as he looked over at her. "That right is reserved specially for you," he cooed over at her, really just messing around a bit. Though, he hummed lightly in response to her next comment and shrugged with a chuckle. "Well, there's not much incentive to get up at the moment," he pointed out. "I quite like it like this," he added with a sort of laugh.

The woman grinned at his little peck before pouting at him. "Just for me?" She asked with a small chuckle before moving to settle down next to him. She looked over at him for a moment before pouting playfully. "If it does anything for you, you're the only one I think of like that," she hummed playfully before pursing her lips. "Apart from maybe some of the guards. Some of them are pretty gorgeous," she joked gently to him. She sat up a little before gently wrapping her arms around his chest. "We'll stay like this then. The more rest you get the better for your knees," she mused gently.

Sage hummed lightly and nodded, giving the girl a wide grin. "Just for you," he chirped. "You e spoiled me too much for me to go to anyone else," he noted happily, wrinkling his nose slightly when she mentioned the guards. "They look like hairless gorillas," he protested with a sort of laugh. "And they act and smell like them too," he added with a huff. "If you want any intelligent conversations, they wouldn't be much help," he added. Of course, he humemd when she mentioned his knees, wrapping his arms around her as she curled in. "if that's what makes you cuddle them I'll take it," he chuckled softly, sort of closing his eyes again and just ...resting.
