Sage sort of hummed lightly in response to her comment and gave her a grin. "Hey I'm not stopping you from doing anything right now," he noted lightly before rolling his eyes, knowing they both still loved each other quite a bit. Of course, at her next comments he chuckled softly and wrinkled his nose playfully at her. "I just did," he Yelped with a sort of laugh. "Well maybe we'll have to fix that then," he hummed lightly, knowing they'd have a bit more time on their hands now that the kids were getting a bit older. "Maybe, but I think that's been pretty reasonable of me," he noted with a shrug, really just amused by the comment.

The girl huffed out a brath before shaking her head. Well I can't very well just jump on you, now can I?" She mused softly to to him before wrapping her arms around him snuggly. She gave a soft sigh before looking up at him. "We do have to fix it. However, I can't really do anything while you're here! You're sleeping while I'm trying to get a bit of attention from you," she mused softly to him before rolling her eyes.

Sage sort of chuckled in response to her comment and shrugged. "You could, actually," he noted, glancing at the clock. "We have a few hours before the kids are up," he added lightly, knowing that really wasn't the attention she was talking about, but he could tease all the same. He sort of snorted in response to her next comment, squeezing her lightly with a soft laugh. "I'm awake. You made sure of that," he huffed, obviously not at all upset with the girl.

The girl cocked her head before giving a little chuckle. "Well, I could jump on you. I mean, you might snap in two but I could," she agreed with a little chuckle. The woman hummed in thought before sort of moving to trail a finger around his chest playfully. "What are you planning on doing while the kids are still down?" She asked curously before grinning. "You're only awake because you don't have another choice," she mused lightly to him.

Sage could help but snort at the girls comment. "I think I'll live if you jump on me," he mused lightly before patting her back gently, as she was still laying on top of him. At her next comment though, he cocked his head slightly, a hum rising in his throat. "I dunno. What do you want me to do," he responded, a mischievous light blooming in his eye. Really he didn't care what she did....it was just nice to mess around a bit. "Maybe. But I'm not complaining. Much."

The woman sort of raised a brow before shrugging softly. "I don't think you would, you know," she mused gently before glancing at him with a grin. She hummed thoughtfully before shrugging. "I'm not sure... though breakfast in bed would be lovely," she teased gently before moving to peck his lips playfully. She then gave a small chuckle to him. "You seem to be pretty complainy..." she mused lightly to him.

Sage sort of hummed lightly and shrugged. "I know," he chuckled. " The fact that you've done it twice already this morning suggests so," he added in a teasing manner before nodding with a yawn when she mentioned breakfast in bed, groaning as he shifted to stretch slightly. "I'm not complaining about breakfast in bed," he mused, giving her his normal, if not still a bit tired, grin. It would be nice, he supposed, to just relax and nibble at something for a bit as they got ready to get ready for the day.

The woman hummed in agreement before sort of pecking his cheek and getting up. "Well you can help me make breakfast then," she mused playfully. "Then you can eat in bed and I'll get things sorted for the kids," she mused. It had been a little while since they'd done anything together... she thought it might just be nice to maybe cook a little something and then he could chill out again. After a moment, though, she let out a soft breath, thinking that maybe he was just a bit too tired to get up. "Scratch that, you chill out, I'll go get some food," she mused lightly.

Sage sort of just hummed lightly, noddign in response to her comments. It would be fun to just mess around together...they hadn't done anything liek that in a while. When she mentioned she'd get things sorted for the kids, he snorted. "The point was to eat in bed, not make it and then go get the kids while I sit on my ass," he noted, movign to follow her and shaking his head when she said he could stay. "Nope, I'm coming with," he chirped. "You woke me up so now you have to deal with me," he added with a chuckle. Though, a mischevious smile cressed his face after a moment and he chuckled. "too bad the kids are here....I miss that little apron of yours,' he teased her lightly.

The woman sort of shrugged to him before giving a small chuckle. "Well, my idea was to make you something nice then come upstairs and spoil you," she teased, sort of wandering over to him before shaking her head. She looked up at him with at grin, sort of walking her fingers up his chest playfully. "But I suppose you being down here just means I get to boss you around a little," she mused softly to him before moving to peck his lips happily. She sort of hummed thoughtfully after a moment. "Where even is that," Mari asked, sort of glancing around the room as though it was going to appear. S little flush crossed her cheeks as she looked over at him. "I suppose it doesn't matter. You're too sleepy to get anything up anyway," she giggled playfully. "Waffles?" She asked lightly.
