Kennedy stopped at the front of the car "Yeah well some cops aren't as smart as me some of them don't even know how to get a fly out of their car." She huffed at Caden before crossing her arms and shifting onto one leg while listening to him, she stayed silent for the most part until his last comment "I have no idea why you would care about me either but you have to trust that I can do this... I don't care how dangerous that man is I trust myself and you to get me out of deep trouble if things go to shit" Kennedy said sternly but not as angerly this time

Caden sighed before looking at her and said " fine I'll trust that you know what tour doing I'll set it up for you but right now let's work on one case that way we don't have two cases at the same time " as caden walks towards the station before opening the door for her and said " I'll tell you when I got it all set up " as he shakes his head still thinking it wzd a bad idea for her to greet a dangerous man

Kennedy nodded with a small smile growing onto her face "Thank you Caden, I promise I will be extra careful and if you feel like it's getting super dangerous you can pull me out at anytime" She said trying to comfort Caden more on the idea so he felt like he had a little control over her safety. Kennedy followed him up to the station "Okay" Was all she said as she walked into the station and over to Caden's desk

Caden said " yeah yeah I usely be the one pulling someone out of dangerous places " before he walks in and over to his desk before looking through the paper and saw the Warrent and said " I know they would have it done by the time we got back but we got back a bit early then what I through " as he smiles before saying " we got what we need to check the cameras that way we can see what happens and maybe see who hurt that woman in the first place "

Kennedy smiled "Then you should be good at pulling my reckless out of danger" She joked still with a smile as she looked over at the paperwork Caden had picked up. Kennedy let out a quiet "yes.." seeing that the warrant was there "Thank god it's here" She said a bit exaggerated but quickly that changed "Well then back out to the car we go" She beamed with another bright smile "Hopefully all the evidence we need will be on those videos"

Caden glanced at her before shaking his head and said " out to the car again " ad he smiles before Matt drops a bag off and said " food for you two " Caden said " thanks Matt " Matt nods before he sat down caden grabs the bag and said " we can eat on the way to the crime scene again " as he smiles before walking away and towards the door when the lieutenant walks in and said " caden and Kennedy to my office and drop that bag it looks gross " Caden said " it our food nothing gross about it " as he puts it by the wall as he sighed

Kennedy tipped her head slightly in a thankful manner "Yes, thank Matt" She said kindly before watching Caden grab the bag and start to walk. which she walked with him "Okay, sounds good" Kennedy replied to Caden before stopping in her tracks as someone called them both. She looekd over at the man and quickly realized it was the lieutenant -oh boy... what did we do- She thought to herself a bit anxiously before walkign with Caden to his office

Caden sighed and walks in she smiles and said " thank you guys for taking some time for coming " as he smiled and said " yes Eli what can I do for you" before Eli said " well caden you going off of the list until your court is over and Kennedy you new parnter would be Matt " caden sighed and said " but I can't make it to the court and do my job" Eli said " no now go and get the desk clean "
